MIB Division is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. Access to real estate information should not depend on how someone reads, hears, or navigates the web.

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the international standard published by the W3C and referenced by Canadian accessibility regulations including the Accessibility for Manitobans Act (AMA).
Features we provide
The site is navigable by keyboard, honours the prefers-reduced-motion setting, and uses semantic HTML so assistive technologies can understand the structure of each page. Colour contrast for body text and buttons meets WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. Images that convey meaning have alternative text; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
Known limitations
Third-party embedded content (MLS® listing feeds, mapping widgets, mortgage calculators) may not always meet the same accessibility standards. If you cannot access a specific listing or feature, contact one of our REALTORS® directly and we will provide the information in an alternate format.
