What we collect
When you contact us by phone or email through this site, we receive the information you choose to share (name, phone number, email address, and details of your inquiry). The website itself uses privacy-friendly analytics that record only anonymous, aggregated page-view information (page URL, general country and city derived from your IP address and then discarded, browser type, and referring site). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
Contact information you share is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to represent you in a real estate transaction. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
MLS® listings and third-party data
Property listings shown on this site are sourced from the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board's MLS® system and are subject to that Board's privacy practices. When you contact us about a specific listing, we may share the resulting inquiry with the listing agent or brokerage as needed to arrange a showing or negotiate on your behalf.
How long we keep it
General inquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to address them. If you become a client, transaction files are retained per the Real Estate Council of Ontario and Manitoba brokerage record-keeping rules that apply to REALTORS® (typically at least six years after the transaction closes).
Your rights under PIPEDA
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion (subject to our record-keeping obligations), and withdraw consent for further use.
